What is The System?

Knife Training

Breathing

Do you ever think about your breathing?  Breathing is incredibly important not just to keep you alive, but because of the effect it can have on our state of mind, our sense of equilibrium and our effectiveness in our martial arts practice.  By way of proper breathing, you can control fear, emotions, blood pressure, heart rate, heal injuries, stretch and endure workloads beyond your ability, enhance awareness, speed, magnify punches, maintain movement and generate awesome fight strategies in hand-to-hand and ground fighting.

 

Defense against multiple attackers
